Installation of ADM Air Charger

 

  1. Cut/Remove some length of standard rubber intake pipe near throttle body.
  2. The Blower or Fan should be facing the direction of air filter.

  1. Direction of the air flow is indicated by arrows inside the Air Charger.
  2. Ensure that the standard rubber hose is not touching the blower or jam it.
  3. Secure the Air Charger to the throttle body and standard rubber hose with the hose clips.

  1. Locate a dry location inside the engine bay for the Electronic Controller.
  2. Wire the Electronic Controller and vacuum hose as per instructions.
  3. To verify that the installation is correct, turn the ignition key on to ACC and the Air Charger will be running at full speed. When the engine is switched on, the Air Charger will vary speed according to engine load.
